Fully restored 1955 Goldstar with a Super Rocket motor installed.
I purchased this motorcycle in 2009 from West End Classics, Cambridgeshire UK. This motorcycle had undergone a complete ground up restoration with absolutely everything redone to a very high standard, including a fully rebuilt Super Rocket motor. Everything polished, chromed and
painted, with polished stainless fasteners throughout. 1955 Goldstar frame, CB32 2785 Standard Monobloc carburator Original style points ignition STD Goldstar gear box Freshly repainted fuel tank Akront Alloy rims front and rear New shocks front and rear Titled in California, comes with license plate and non-op registration Comes with last UK Registration Certificate, Number Plate Authorization Certificate, MOT.
I put about 3500 miles on the motorcycle from 2010 to 2013, and it has since been kept garaged. This is the smoothest British twin I've had the pleasure to own and ride. It is very fast and nimble, and infinitely easier to start than a stock Goldie. It has not been run
since 2014, and comes without battery. It was running perfectly at the time it was put up in the collection, but will need a going over to get it ready to be ridden again.
